Required Before Planning

Load the data schools need before they generate curriculum documents.

These steps should be completed before a school begins printing yearlong curriculum, packets, workbooks, and daily lessons.

Launch Phases

Follow this path from first upload to classroom use.

1 Set the school foundation

Create the school admin account, add leaders and teachers, load prior-year MAP data, and confirm grade access.

Manage users
2 Build class rosters

Create sections for each teacher, then assign students so every class gets its own readiness-informed documents.

Assign sections
3 Confirm curriculum choices

Load custom units by grade, review recommended yearlong sets, and lock the sequence that best fits the students.

Open dashboard
4 Generate and refresh

Print the first full document set, then regenerate affected class or grade documents after Fall and Spring MAP updates.

Class Section Workflow

Sections should happen before teachers build lessons and materials.

Once students are assigned to a section, the active class selector lets teachers work from their own roster in the curriculum dashboard, daily lesson builder, materials, alignment checker, support profiles, standards dashboard, and growth reports.

Document Workflow

Generate documents from one place after the required data is ready.

Leadership Docs is the batch print center. Teachers can then use the targeted tools for packets, daily lessons, workbook materials, student support profiles, and growth reports.

MAP Refresh Cycle

Use new MAP data to refresh documents without rebuilding everything by hand.

After Fall or Spring MAP testing, keep the class rosters, approve the new readiness snapshot, then regenerate the selected class or grade documents.

Upload New MAP Data
Beginning of year

Use prior-year MAP data so teachers start with real readiness guidance.

Fall MAP update

Replace the planning snapshot with current-year data and regenerate affected documents.

Spring MAP update

Refresh again around February or March for late-year supports and growth reporting.
